Seeking next leader
When the dedication of someone will
be gone , we’ve to seek who will replace the place of the leader . but
periodically we are afraid to choose who is the next leader . because we afraid
if he can’t bring his leadership , but willy nilly we’ve to choose someone to
be leader . if no leader in an organization , it can’t be working well .we can
illustrate this matter in our body . if no head in our body , is the body still
able to life?it’s not ,is it?
The leader is the central and point
of of organization. that’s way , we have to seek who accord to be the leader. He has to have
leadership soul, able to handle the
internal and external problems in the organization ,respected by all of members
,and able to give some solution and new
idea for developing group and
defend the existence in any condition . he also has big spirit to develop the
organization .
someone who has not willing , spirit
and motivation to develop organization will make the organization decline . but
we have known that seeking best leader is very difficult ,more over very
difficult , probably , we just get someone who has most good characteristics . or
usually ,we just choose the oldest person among
members cause we think , the
oldest person is someone who most know about organization and has much
experience about organization . both of management or giving solution of problem . /3mhz/
